IRRAASAMADEVI-Mega TV Serial

The Founder, Jayadhaarini Trust Sree Cheeni Krishnaswamy has created a record of sorts by writing war publishing one of the five great tamil epics “Seevaga Sinthamani” in a dramatized form, titled IRRAASAMADEVI. It took him nearly 35 years of hard work physically and Rupees One lakh financially to fulfil his dream. All this he has done for the only reason-to see himself that divine Tamil is given its due share in the cultural throne.

We can also say that his “HIMALAYAN TASK” is also done with an eye on a full-fledged TV Serial because in this socio-cultural scenario, even the histories of great epics are not made known to the common man.

We can also proudly proclaim that nobody in the history of Tamil literature has brought out “Seevaga Sinthamani” [which is considered as one among the “Five Jewels” of Tamil Epics] in a dramatized book form. Moreover, other Tamil Epics were made into success full pictures. He got Tamil Nadu Govt. Award for his book, IRRAASAMADEVI and the Best Publication Award was received by JAYADHAARINI  PATHIPPAGAM in 2002.
